Mission Overview
In this mission, students join Ethan and Professor Numbersnack as they explore the mathematical concept of More, Less, and the Pancake Problem through humor, visual demonstrations, guided questions, and interactive challenges. Students build foundational math skills while completing instructional stages and mission challenges in the Mission Quest Academy format.

Mission Learning Sequence
1. Prepare

2. Watch and Participate
- Encourage the student to answer aloud, count, point, move objects, or explain thinking during the episode.
- Pause when needed so the student can practice the skill with real objects or a quick drawing.
- Ask simple check-in questions such as, “How do you know?” or “Can you show that another way?”
3. Review and Apply
- Repeat the main skill away from the video using household objects, drawings, number cards, or everyday examples.
- Ask the student to explain one strategy used in the mission.
- Practice one similar problem or activity with adult support.
4. Mission Checkpoint
Use two or three quick review tasks after the video. Record whether the learner completed the task independently, with a prompt, with a visual aid, with manipulatives, or with direct assistance.
